Defending track champion, Krys Yost, led early in the IMCA Sport Compact feature. Alex Thompson, Benjamin Burke and Zach Hughbanks raced hard for second place. Hughbanks, who has been on a winning streak as of late, shuffled into the third position and quickly challenged Thompson for second. Hughbanks passed Thompson and set his sights on the leader, Yost. On lap five, Hughbanks passed Yost for the lead as Yost fell into the clutches of Thompson and Burke. As the laps wound down, Burke patiently worked his way to the front, passing Yost for third and Thompson for second. Unfortunately, Benjamin Burke ran out of time and had to settle for second place ahead of Alex Thompson and Krys Yost. Kevin Purdue held off Harrison Schwartz for fifth as Zach Hughbanks crossed the finish line first for the sixth consecutive time this season.

Outside pole sitter, Seth Howe-Kellar led early in the Hobby Stock feature. An early caution regrouped the field and on the restart, Josh Roehrich and Chris Michaelsohn passed Devin Hanson for second place. Roehrich challenged Howe-Kellar for the lead and they raced door to door for several laps until Roehrich cleared the position with four laps to go. A late race caution reset the field for a short dash to the finish. On the final restart, Michaelsohn passed Howe-Kellar for second but Howe-Kellar rallied back. They raced side by side for second however, when the checkered flag waved, it was Chris Michealsohn holding off Seth Howe-Kellar for the runner-up position. Bill Hultberg made a wild last lap pass to finish fourth ahead of Joseph Feist and Dylan Sandberg. Meanwhile, Josh Roehrich crossed the finish line first for the first time this season.

Brothers Noah and Gage Madler battled early for the lead in the INEX Legends feature. It was a three car battle for third behind the youngsters between Nate Keena, Bryce Barnhardt and Donavin Wiest. The highline was the fast line and it allowed Ty Olson and Preston Martin to quickly fly through the field and battle up front with the leaders. Martin passed Olson and set his sights on Noah Madler for the lead. Ripping the cushion, Martin took the lead with seven laps to go. However, it was not easy sailing as Olson followed in his tire tracks. Olson was all over Martin’s rear bumper. However, when the checkered flag waved, Preston Martin held off Ty Olson for the victory. Kody Machart finished third ahead of Donavin Wiest and Noah Madler.

Valley City’s Tim Compson led early in the IMCA Stock Car feature. While Compson led, it was a heated battle between Matt Dosch and Jason Meidinger for second. An early caution regrouped the field and on the restart, Dosch slipped into the lead. Dosch would have his hands full with a speedy Scott Gartner. Using the highline around the 3/8th mile, Gartner would fly by Dosch on lap seven and never look back. As the laps wound down, points leader Hunter Domagala slowed worked his way through the field, passing Jason Berg for third and reeling in second place Dosch. As they raced to the checkered flag, Hunter Domagala just narrowly edged Matt Dosch for second. Jason Berg finished fourth while Shawn Strand rounded out the top five. Scott Gartner pulled away from the field to pick up his second consecutive victory in the IMCA Stock Car.

In the final feature of the event, pole sitter, Marcus Tomlinson led early in the IMCA Modified feature. An early caution reset the field and on the restart, second place Chris Tuchscherer challenged Tomlinson for the lead. Tuchscherer then had his hands full with a speedy Jeremy Keller. As Tomlinson started to pull away, Tuchscherer and Keller raced hard for second. On lap 10, Keller slipped by Tuchscherer for second and quickly started to reel in Tomlinson for the lead. They briefly battled side by side for the lead until Keller claimed the top spot with 10 laps to go. Tomlinson then felt pressure from behind from points leader, Mark Dahl. Dahl slipped into the second position and was starting to close in on Keller when his iconic all black race car with orange flames went up in a cloud of smoke. Dahl’s night ended early as his engine expired seven laps short of the finish. On the final restart, Shawn Strand passed Tomlinson for second and challenged Keller for the win. But when the checkered flag waved, Jeremy Keller held off Shawn Strand for the victory. Jason Wolla made a last lap pass to finish third ahead of Chris Tushcherer and Marlyn Seidler.
