The Bismarck-Mandan Stock Car Association (BMSCA) in conjunction with the BMSCA Hall of Fame Committee, is thrilled to announce a special night of racing at Dacotah Speedway.
Introducing Hall of Fame Night presented by Knife River on Friday, June 23rd. The evening will aim to honor the seven decades of racing in this area and all the drivers who have raced.
Two dedicated Hall of Fame (HOF) volunteers and BMSCA members have spent countless hours doing research, collecting over 70 years of racing history for the communities of Bismarck-Mandan.
During those 70 years, tracks have come and gone but over 3,300 drivers have raced here in the Bismarck-Mandan area. The ongoing goal is to collect and preserve the history of auto racing in this area.
The track will have photos on display, and showcase special educational displays that will highlight the history.
During the intermission, the Dacotah Speedway will host a special ceremony that includes interviews with 2022 Inductees who were inducted into the BMSCA HOF, a callout of all the retired drivers in attendance, and the reveal of the list of names who are candidates to be inducted in 2023. Finalists will be announced on Championship Night on Friday, August 25th.
